🍒 Tasting Notes

Color: Bright pale yellow with fine, persistent bubbles
Nose: Delicate floral aromas (hawthorn, acacia), fresh citrus, green apple, light brioche
Palate: Lively and balanced attack, silky bubbles, flavors of candied citrus, mirabelle plum, and a hint of toast. Clean, fresh and thirst-quenching finish.

🍇 Blend & Winemaking

Grapes: approx. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier
Aging: Traditional method, vinified in stainless steel, 3 years of bottle aging on lees
Dosage: Brut, approx. 8 g/L residual sugar
Producer: Chassenay d’Arce – a sustainable grower cooperative (130 families, 315 ha) in the Arce Valley, Côte des Bar
