🍒 Main characteristics
Colour : Bright, brilliant.
Nose: Intense aromas of blackcurrant buds, boxwood, citrus fruit and exotic fruit.
Palate : A fresh attack followed by a generous roundness, with a very long finish.
🍇 Composition and production
Grape varieties: 48% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Sauvignon Gris, 2% Muscadelle.
Vinification: cold skin maceration to extract varietal aromas, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in barrels with stirring.
Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels.
Terroir : Gravelly soil on clay-limestone, vines averaging 20 years old.
Annual production: 10,000 bottles.
