🍒 Main characteristics
Colour : Bright ruby.
Nose: Subtle aromas of raspberry and violet.
Palate: Light, silky tannins, with flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and lovely freshness.
🍇 Composition and production
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc.
Terroir: Centenary vines on surface gravel and a light layer of clay.
Vinification: Traditional in stainless steel vats without yeast or additions, with a minimum of sulphites. Cold maceration for maximum extraction of aromas, followed by controlled fermentation over seven days.
Finishing: Cold tartaric precipitation, light filtration and bottling in spring with natural cork.
