A delicate, vibrant rosé, reflecting the freshness and unique minerality of the Beira Interior region, made from the emblematic Touriga Nacional grape variety.

Colour: Pale, brilliant pink.
Nose: Seductive aromas of raspberry, pomegranate and redcurrant.
Palate: Fresh and mineral, with balanced acidity. Notes of raspberry and pomegranate dominate, offering a lovely liveliness.
🍇 Composition and production
Grape variety: 100% Touriga Nacional.
Vinification : Hand-picked in August, direct pressing without crushing. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats after a 24-hour cold settling.
Region: Beira Interior DOC, at an altitude of 550 m, with a climate marked by hot summers and cold winters.
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
