🍇 Composition and production
Grape varieties: 48% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot.
Vinification: cold skin maceration to extract varietal aromas, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels.
Terroir : Gravelly soil on clay-limestone, 30-year-old vines certified HVE3.
