Colour : Deep, intense ruby.
Nose: Expressive aromas of ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) with hints of spice.
Palate: Full, unctuous texture, with flavours of black cherry and tobacco. The tannins are silky and perfectly integrated, offering a long, harmonious finish.
🍇 Composition and production
Grape varieties: 48% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot.
Vinification: cold skin maceration to extract aromas, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Terroir : Gravelly soils on clay-limestone, 30-year-old HVE3-certified vines.
