🍒 Main characteristics
This Chinon Blanc is a brilliant pale gold colour. The nose charms with citrus aromas mixed with a subtle minerality. On the palate, it reveals an unctuous texture, sublimated by greedy notes of melon and peach.
🍇 Composition and production
Grape variety: 100% Chenin.
Harvest: Harvested over-ripe for exceptional richness, with meticulous sorting carried out by hand.
Vinification : Pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation and ageing on lees in sandstone amphorae. The rounded shape of the amphoras encourages natural movement, enriching the wine as it comes into contact with its lees.
