🍒 Main Characteristics

• Color: Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles

• Nose: Elegant and delicate, with aromas of acacia, lime blossom, ripe citrus, baked apple, brioche and hazelnut

• Palate: Fresh attack, lively acidity, subtle salinity. Flavors of warm biscuit, candied lemon, yellow apricot and whey. Clean structure and long mineral finish

🍇 Composition & Winemaking

• Grape varieties: Approx. 60% Pinot Noir, 39% Chardonnay, 0.5% Pinot Blanc, with around 36% reserve wines

• Aging: Traditional method, fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged 3 years on lees in bottle

• Dosage: Brut (around 8–9 g/L residual sugar)

• Producer: Chassenay d’Arce – certified sustainable cooperative (315 ha, 130 families)
